1. Arceus
Not surprisingly, Arceus tops the list of the strongest Pokemon. Normal-type Mythical Pokémon from Generation 4. This Pokémon is revered as the game's creator. It's the strongest Pokémon and has the highest basic statistics of any non-Mega Pokémon.
